Khfifa is a comprehensive freight transportation mobile solution designed to eliminate last-mile logistics fragmentation in Algeria, specifically targeting operations in 3 major wilayas.
Local cargo transport relies on informal networks and phone calls, leaving truck drivers with empty return trips and businesses with variable shipping costs. Khfifa bridges this gap by creating an on-demand freight marketplace.

Critical Challenge & Pivot
Developing, testing, and preparing a dual-app client/driver platform within an 8-week constraint demanded strict modular planning and rapid visual handoffs. We solved this by designing a structured Figma component library that mapped directly to Flutter widgets.
